There’s two armored Mainframes near Boris (one on each side of him), one in the room opposite the side you enter to see Boris (watch out for auto guns!), two on the floor above (one on each side), and one behind a locked door that you cannot access until after Natalya reprograms the satellite (next to the room with the auto-guns).

This last Mainframe is protected by bullet-proof glass, so you’ll either have to toss a Remote Mine onto the glass or, if you’re lucky enough to have gotten one, chuck a grenade over the glass.
